  • 2.5 oz. Bulldog Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Maple syrup
  • 2 Lemon wedges
  • 1/2 Fresh pear
  • 1/2 Cinnamon stick


In a shaker, muddle all ingredients except the gin. Add the gin and fill with ice. Shake well and double strain into a Martini or coupe. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
