Going Green

February 15, 2012 By: Alissa Ponchione

Hints of green during March can mean one of two things: either spring is around the corner or St. Patrick’s Day is finally here. Usually it's the latter. Because St. Patrick's Day is one of the biggest bar days of the year, bar and club owners would be remiss if they didn’t allow some of their guests to indulge in some emerald-colored drinks. On a day when everyone is Irish, your bar menu might as well be, too. Green liqueurs, absinthe, mint leaves and even the requisite Irish whiskey will make St. Patrick’s Day one for the ages.
