Get the Tequila Ready for Cinco de Mayo!

Margaritas are the most popular cocktail in America so bust out the tequila and shake some up for your guests on Cinco de Mayo!

The Waborita
Created by Campari America & served at Sammy Hagar’s new Las Vegas Cabo Wabo Cantina

1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz. Cointreau
2 oz. Cabo Wabo Reposado Tequila
Splash of Grand Marnier

Salt the rim of a large margarita glass. Combine ingredients in a shaker over ice. Cover and shake. Strain into the glass. Serve with a lime wheel.


Once Upon a Time in Mexico

1 1/2 oz. Vida Mezcal
1/2 oz. White Creme de Cacao
1/4 oz. Lime Juice
3 Dashes Regans Orange Bitters
Yellow Chartreuse Rinse

Add all ingredients except yellow chartreuse to a cocktail shaker,
 shake and fine strain into a cocktail glass with a yellow chartreuse rinse. Garnish with lemon zest.

Mezcal & Mayhem

1 1/2 oz. Del Maguey Chichicapa Mezcal
3/4 oz. Campari
3/4 oz. Mayhaw Syrup*
5 oz. Vicaris Tripel-Geuze or other Belgian tripel-style beer

 Add the mezcal, Campari and Mayhaw Syrup to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a pint or highball glass half-filled with fresh ice. Top with the beer and garnish with an orange wheel.

Mezcal Mayhem

1 1/2 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Funkin Pomegranate Mixer
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
2 oz. Funkin Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Sugar

Add ingredients in a shaker, mix together and pour into a sugar-rimmed Martini glass.


Elevated Margarita

2 oz. Avión Silver
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Agave Nectar

Combine ingredients in shaker with ice, and shake vigorously.  Fine strain over fresh ice.  Garnish with a lime wheel.

Elevated Margartia

Gran Gala Tequila Cooler
Created by Corazón Blanco Tequila

1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1 1/2 tbsp. Fresh Cilantro
2 oz. Corazón Blanco Tequila
1 oz. Gran Gala Triple Orange Liqueur
Orange, for garnish

Muddle lime juice with cilantro. Stir with ice and strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with Pellegrino and garnish with an orange.

1/4 oz. Frangelico
2 oz. Espolon Reposado Tequila 

3/4 oz. American Honey
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Stir over ice and strain into a Martini or coupe glass.


Cabo Burro

1 oz. Cabo Reposado Tequila
1 oz. Ginger Beer
1/2 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

Add all ingredients to an ice-filled highball glass. Stir and garnish with a Lime Wheel.
