  • 1 Cup pineapple
  • 1 Cup mango
  • 1/2 Cup onion
  • 1/2 Cup red pepper
  • 1/2 Cup avocado
  • 1/5 oz. Deadhead 6 Year Aged Rum
  • 1 oz. Lime juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste


Chop or dice pineapple, mango, onion, red pepper and avocado. Add Deadhead 6 Year Aged rum and lime juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Toss all ingredients to coat evenly.
