Valentine’s Day is the perfect time to experiment with fun and flirty drink creations that test the limits of your guests’ palates. Whether your customers are single or committed anyone can fall head over heels for a new cocktail. Here are some of our top picks.


Cupid’s Bow

2 oz. Belvedere Vodka
¼ oz. Simple Syrup
½ oz. Lemon Juice
6 Raspberries
Dash Egg White

Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a raspberry.

1 ½ parts Pucker Vodka Cherry Tease
4 Fresh Cherries (pitted)1 part Lemon Juice
1 part Simple Syrup
2 Basil Leaves (torn)

Add Fresh Cherries to cocktail shaker; muddle. Add all remaining ingredients to cocktail shaker. Shake, double strain and pour into a coupe glass.

The Tart Heart

1 1/2oz Pink grapefruit vodka
3/4oz Maraschino liquor
1/2oz Lime juice
1/2oz Simple syrup
Dash of pomegranate bitters

Shake all ingredients and strain over ice. Float black raspberry liqueur. Garnish with a sprig of Mint.

Chocolate Covered Cherry Bomb

2 parts RumChata
1 part chocolate vodka
1 part cherry vodka

Shake all ingredients and serve over ice in a martini glass.

Sandeman Chocolate Passion

3 parts Sandeman Founders Reserve
3 parts Chivas Regal Scotch Whisky 
1 part demerara syrup
1/2 part dry vermouth 
1/2 part white crème de cacao
Dash of orange bitters
Dash of Angostura bitters

Mix ingredients. Pour over ice in an old-fashioned glass and stir.

Cupid’s Caipiroska

2 oz. Smirnoff Iced Cake Vodka
1 oz. The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree
1 tbsp. cinnamon sugar
1 lemon wedge (quartered)
strawberry for garnish

Combine ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a strawberry.

My Sassy Valentine

½ parts Pucker Vodka Sour Apple Sass
1 Strawberry
1 Raspberry
Dash Cherry Bitters
1 part Soda
2 parts Cranberry-Pomegranate Juice

Add ice to the cocktail shaker. Muddle the Strawberry and Raspberry in cocktail shaker; add Cherry Bitters. Add in all remaining ingredients to cocktail shaker. Shake and pour into a ollins glass.

½ oz Bols Triple Sec
Lemon Peel

Build all ingredients into a flute, top with champagne and garnish.
