Drambuie Ginger Mojito
The much loved classic dances to a new tune. Fresh mint and spicy ginger make perfect partners while sweet heather softens the edges for a bright and easy summer sipper.

- 8-10 Mint leaves
- 1 thumbnail-sized slice Ginger
- 5 parts Lime juice
- 1/2 part Brown sugar syrup
- 5 parts Drambuie
- 5 parts Flor de Cana 4 Year White Rum
- 6 parts Soda water
Put all ingredients except the soda into a glass, and gently muddle the mint and ginger. Fill the glass with crushed ice, top with soda water and churn briskly with a bar spoon. Garnish with a sprig of mint and fresh ginger slice.
