  • 2 oz. White wine (preferably grüner veltliner)
  • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1/4 oz. Zirbenz Stone Pine Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. Clear Creek Douglas Fir Eau de Vie
  • 1/4 oz. Lime Juice
  • Lime wheel, for garnish


Add all except garnish into a cocktail shaker. Add ice, and shake until chilled. Strain into a small chilled wine glass, and garnish with a lime wheel.
