Cash in on the Luck of the Irish

St. Patrick's Day is right around the corner, and in order to make the most of this day celebrating all things Irish, you'll need the luck of a four-leaf clover and some innovation in order to keep people imbibing at your bar. By offering these fun alternatives, your guests will enjoy something outside of go-to green day staples. Remember: with these drinks of your menu, you're guests won't be the only ones seeing green, especially on what’s likely to be a very lucrative day at your bar.

Purple
Created by Phil Adler, research & development specialist of beverage & bakery operation at The Cheesecake Factory.

1 ½ ounces Jameson Irish Whiskey
½ ounce Grahams 6 Grapes Port
1 ounce Perfect Purée Red Mixed Berry puree, thawed
½ ounce triple sec or Luxardo Triplum Triple Sec
½ ounce lemon juice
Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe foam*

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice, shake and strain into a glass. Top with Yuzu Luxe foam.

Yuzu Luxe Foam*

4 ounces egg whites
4 ounces Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe
Charge in iSi Whipper and set aside


Green HawaiianGreen Hawaiian

1 ounce light rum
2 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce Midori
1 ounce cream of coconut

Blend light rum, Midori, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut with one-cup ice in an electric blender at high speed. Pour contents into a highball glass. Decorate with the slice of pineapple and a cherry.


Leprechaun Kiss

½ ounce Ketel One Vodka
1 ounce Dekuyper Pucker Sour Apple
1 ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice
½ ounce simple syrup
1 drop of green food coloring
1 ounce Sprite

Shake all ingredients with ice. Top with Sprite and garnish with a mint sprig.


Torani St. Patrick'sPeppermint Patty

½ ounce Torani Chocolate Mint syrup
¾ ounce Torani White Chocolate sauce
8 ounces steamed milk
2 shots espresso

Top with shaved chocolate and mint sprig.


Naughty LeprechaunNaughty Leprechaun

1 ½ ounces TY KU liqueur
¼ ounce TY KU Soju
Squeeze of lemon

Combine ingredients, add ice and garnish with a lemon.


Saint Sobieski Coffee or Sheppard's Coffee

2 ounces Sobieski Vanilla Vodka
1 ounce Irish cream
2 ounces hot coffee

Serve in a mug. Top with whipped cream and a vanilla stick.


Limon Limerick-tini

2 parts Bacardi Limon
1 part sour apple schnapps
Splash of sours

Shake and strain, add sours and serve.
