- 2 oz. Novo Fogo Silver Cachaça
- Half of a lime, sliced and trimmed of pith
- Half a lemon, sliced and trimmed of pith
- 0.5 oz. Agave nectar
- Northwest IPA for floating
Add the first 3 ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a glass over fresh ice, and float with a Northwest IPA.
