The Backyard Bouie

On April 7th, 1933, the U.S. took the first step toward ending Prohibition by legalizing beer. Celebrate more than 80 years of freedom to make, sell and drink delicious beer on National Beer Day with a tasty twist on your favorite brew. The Backyard Bouie made with Weissbier and Drambuie can do just that!


  • 1 part Drambuie
  • 2 parts grapefruit juice
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 3 part Weissbier


Lightly shake Drambuie, grapefruit juice and mint leaves together. Add beer to the shaker before straining over ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
