It’s safe to assume that all bars and nightclubs make money off beer. It’s also a safe bet that every establishment in the nation with a full liquor license profit from spirits behind the bar. Merging the two together in a glass can only mean one thing – maximization of revenue. Nightclub & Bar has provided you with a list of beertails that will leave your customers asking for more.
1 ½ oz. Wild Turkey Rare Breed
Build on cubed ice and top with ginger beer. Stir. Add a straw and garnish with a large mint sprig.
The Wife on Ice
3 oz. mixture of grapefruit juice, lemon, ginger beer and sugar
Simmer grapefruit juice, lemon, ginger beer and sugar, strain 3 ounces into a mixing glass. Add remaining ingredients. Pour onto shaved ice and garnish with the zest of 1/4 of a grapefruit
2 oz. Caliche Rum
1 ½ oz. Herradura Silver
Mix all ingredients together and stir without ice. Pour over ice and garnish with a lime wheel.
3 cubic inches of watermelon
Muddle the watermelon in a shaker, add mezcal, agave and lime juice. Shake hard with cubed ice and strain into a highball glass over ice. Add Indio beer and stir to combine, garnish with a watermelon flag or an edible flower.
Blood Orange Slash
2 oz. SKYY Vodka
Ginger Beer & Blood Orange-Infused Ice Cube: Combine blood orange juice, ginger beer and still water in a long ice cube tray and freeze. Build all ingredients in a tall glass. Garnish with a twist of blood orange.
Apple Pie Martini
¾ Cup Apple Cider Beer/Ale
Add cider, vodka, and orange juice to a martini glass. Stir to combine. Top with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon.
