STK Las VegasMagnum Mondays: Because Size Matters, a special promotion at STK at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, offers a complimentary upgrade to a magnum-sized bottle of Veuve Clicquot Champagne to any patron who orders a regular-sized bottle. STK is at heart a steakhouse, but it’s also got a true Vegas nightlife vibe.

“The presentation of the magnum is significant and sexy,” explains Celeste Fierro, senior vice president of The One Group, which owns and operates STK. “It really sets the stage for the entire culinary experience featuring world class DJs by SKAM artists. In addition, each Monday from 9 p.m. to midnight, Magnum Mondays celebrates the hospitality industry by extending sizzling steaks and mouth-watering side dishes from Executive Chef Stephen Hopcraft with a 25% discount.”


STK management is able to offer these discounts without a cover charge thanks to several factors: The venue’s location in Las Vegas ensures high capacity year round, while the Veuve Clicquot brand name entices patrons to enter and high-end DJs to play.
“The relationship has many components that assist in offsetting a portion of the costs,” she continues. “The bottom line is this is about a partnership that offers our industry a unique, luxury culinary experience because they’ve seen and done it all; therefore, the question becomes how can we not afford this?”
