This year, Super Bowl XLIV will be held Feb. 7, and the matchup between the New Orleans Saints and the Indianapolis Colts is sure to be an exciting one. Free Pizza at Farrelli’s, Tacoma, Wash.
Farrelli's Wood Fire Pizza will give away unlimited free slices of pizza to patrons who come into any of the five locations to watch the Super Bowl. Guests must purchase a beverage and be members of Farrelli’s Fire Club, a free e-mail loyalty club. The promotion runs an hour before the game to an hour after the game, and will take place in the bar side of the Farrelli’s establishments. “The difficulty is getting people to choose our restaurant over their friend’s house for a Super Bowl viewing party. So it will be exciting to see how much success we can have with this promotion; after all, who doesn't like free pizza?” said Clayton Krueger, director of marketing and communications. The game will be shown on multiple flat-panel TVs. Farrelli’s will promote the event through its brand-new web site, social media outlets and Fire Club e-mails. www.farrellispizza.com.
