Royal Salute 38 Stone of Destiny Scotch
Chivas Brothers and Pernod Ricard USA announce the limited release of Royal Salute 38 Stone of Destiny, a Scotch available in the U.S. beginning in December. Named for the coronation stone of Scotland’s monarchs, every bottle is crowned with a 24-carat gold-plated stopper inspired by the hilts of ancient Scottish swords and each front bears a gold-finished coat of arms.

Samuel Adams Barrel Room Collection
The Boston Beer Co. released the Samuel Adams Barrel Room Collection. Comprised of three oak-aged beers brewed and aged at the Samuel Adams Boston Brewery — New World Tripel, American Kriek and Stony Brook Red — this release marks the first time beer will be available for purchase at the Boston Brewery. Each style is bottled in a 750 ml bottle and finished with a Champagne cork. Brewers recommend serving each in a Tulip-style beer glass to best capture aromas.

Korbel Organic Brut Champagne
Korbel Champagne Cellars introduces its first California Brut Champagne made entirely with organically grown grapes. In 2007, Korbel received its organic processor certification from the California Certified Organic Farmers, which enabled it to start crafting the new Korbel Brut, which uses grapes grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers. The grapes deliver flavors of apple, pear and white peaches. The finish is medium dry, with a slight savory note at the end.

The Chardonnay opens with tropical fruits on the nose and lemon zest and vanilla on the palate, while the Cabernet has dark fruits on the nose and mouth and the Zinfandel offers cinnamon, nutmeg, plum and blackberry flavors.
