ABSOLUT Wild Tea
ABSOLUT introduces ABSOLUT Wild Tea as the 12th flavor in its portfolio. The all natural tea has elderflower flavors and works well mixed with juices, sodas, fresh fruit and herbs. ABSOLUT Wild Tea debuted in January with POS materials including table tents, posters and tasting events for on-premise retailers.
Bacardi Rock Coconut Flavored Rum
Bacardi introduces its Rock Coconut flavored rum, infused with rock melon and coconut water. The rock melon creates a sweet, crisp taste and enhances the coconut rum flavor, while the coconut water, which is naturally fat-free and clear, gives the rum a smoother, creamier coconut taste. On-premise POS materials are available.
Sailor Jerry Rum
For the 100th birthday of famous tattoo artist Norman “Sailor Jerry” Collins, Sailor Jerry Rum is creating limited edition bottle labels featuring his flash art. The three bottles reflect Sailor Jerry’s work and include an image of a bald eagle on one label, a schooner ship surrounded by two sweetheart mermaids and balanced by two flags on the second and sparrows on the third limited edition bottle.
Woodford Reserve Master’s Collection
Woodford Reserve’s Master’s Collection introduces its Maple Wood Finish whiskey, made from sugar maple wood. Its rich and sweet aroma gives off hints of brown sugar glazed baked apricots, milk chocolate and fresh toasted oak with a warm, cinnamon spice taste, accented by hints of maple syrup, berry fruit and nuttiness. The maple syrup finish is crisp with lingering notes of warm fruit. The Maple Wood Finish is the fifth in Woodford Reserve Master’s Collection series.
BlackBeard Spiced Rum
DonQ introduces BlackBeard Spiced Rum to the U.S. The 86-proof rum features flavors of vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon spices with a blend of tropical fruits, giving it a bold and complex flavor. BlackBeard Spiced Rum has rich vanilla and caramel aromas with notes of oak. A strong taste of vanilla, caramel and a secret spice coat the palate.
Michael Collins Whiskey
Sidney Frank Importing debuted Michael Collins 10 Year Old Single Malt and a newly packaged Michael Collins Blended Irish Whiskey. Michael Collins 10 Year Old Single Malt is double distilled in small long-necked copper pot stills and matured in small bourbon casks for 10 years. Made from malted barley and peated malted barley, the whiskey has hints of ripe fruit, meadow flowers and peat, with a medium to dry finish. The new label for Michael Collins Blended Irish Whiskey, a blend of Irish whiskey and grain Irish whiskey and aged for four to 12 years, features “the man on the bike” icon.
