Heaven Hill Distilleries, Inc., announced Robert F. Rubinstein as its new national sales operations manager. Also, Steve Feller was promoted from director of North American sales to vice president. Feller will lead the company’s sales efforts in North America and report to Heaven Hill president Max L. Shapira. Rubenstein will help the company with short and long-term sales goals. Prior to this position, Rubinstein worked at Sidney Frank Importing Company for 13 years as the director of sales analysis and planning.
Boston’s Restaurant & Sports Bar, the Dallas-based casual dining restaurant with 54 restaurants, is expanding by adding three new locations in Houston, Texas, Naples, Fla., and Ciudad del Carmen in Mexico, which will be completed before the end of the year.
Hooters opened its first airport location inside Frankfurt Airport in Germany. The 5,200-square-foot restaurant can hold 260 travelers inside and on the Biergarten outside and has two full bars, 14 flat screen TVs and will serve the traditional Hooters menu.
The Scottsdale Plaza Resort announces the promotion of Brent Bliss to director of restaurants where he will oversee the operations of JD’s Lounge, the Garden Court Restaurant and Remington’s Restaurant & Lounge.
HMSHost will open the third location of Sammy’s Beach Bar & Grill on August 25th at JFK International Airport in New York. The island-style concept features beachy food and drink, in keeping with Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Famer and concept creator Sammy Hagar’s persona.
