Nightclub & Bar Wins MinOnline Award for Best Website RedesignApril 9, 2012 By: Nightclub & Bar
Nightclub & Bar Media Group is proud to announce that Nightclub.com has been selected as the winner of MinOnline’s Best of the Web Awards for Best Website Redesign. The winner was announced April 3 at an awards breakfast in New York City at the Grand Hyatt by a group of media market intelligence leaders. MinOnline’s Best of the Web Awards recognizes outstanding websites and digital initiatives among consumer and business-to-business magazines. Other finalists in the Best Website Redesign category included CNN.com, FitPregnancy.com, Forbes.com and WomensHealthMag.com.
“Just coming off our best Nightclub & Bar Convention and Trade Show in March, the NCB momentum continues with this terrific honor,” says Jon Taffer, president of Nightclub & Bar Media Group. “We've worked very hard to be the go-to resource for the on-premise professional, and we appreciate being named ‘Best Website Redesign’ by MinOnline."
"Their new site has a distinct look and feel. Living up to its Nightclub.com URL, the site is colorful and visually engaging when you come in the door. It complements industry content with cocktail recipes and an interactive poll, giving the joint a jazzy, friendly feel. Drop-down menus drill into vertical topics and resources more precisely on the front page without bogging things down with detail," says Steve Smith, digital content director for MinOnline.
Nightclub.com is focused on providing users with the most current information in the industry. Presenting more original, exclusive content than any other digital on-premise resource, Nightclub.com offers web exclusives, promotion ideas, expert advice, recipes and an opportunity for members to interact with each other, share photos, upload media and more on the Community page and NCB Forum.
