Halloween Scaring up Fun in Nightclub Concert Venues

Halloween is always a big deal in St. Louis, where there will be no shortage of events for those dressed as ghouls, freaks and Honey Boo Boo to party hard. Most of the fun is taking place this weekend, though some events are Wednesday night, as well.

Here’s a rundown of some of the happenings.

• A Tortured Soul Halloween with Tortured Soul, the Mo E Allstars, DJ Alexis & the House Kings, Mister Mac, DJ Uptown, Nappy DJ Needles, 18 & Counting, Crate2Crate, Trevor Matthews, a laser light show, gory photobooth, haunted Fox Hole and costume contest with $250 prize, 9 p.m. Friday, Atomic Cowboy (4140 Manchester Avenue), $10, presented by Atomic Cowboy and Leisure Studies, atomiccowboystl.com.
