TouchTunes Interactive Networks Names Patrick Barry Senior Vice President, CFO
NEW YORK – July 30, 2010 – TouchTunes Interactive Networks, the largest interactive out-of-home entertainment network in North America, has announced the appointment of Patrick Barry as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company. Barry will report directly to Charles Goldstuck, President and CEO of TouchTunes Interactive Networks.
TouchTunes programs content on more than 45,000 jukebox and television screens across North America and its interactive platforms attract millions of transactions every day. Through its two networks, TouchTunes Digital Jukeboxes and BarflyTV screens, the company holds an unmatched presence in the bar arena, reaching and engaging the coveted, tech-savvy 21-35 age demographic. Barry will be responsible for spearheading new initiatives and continuing the company’s influence in top markets across the country.

Barry has over 25 years of experience with leading companies in the digital media, online retail, publishing and restaurant industries. Prior to joining TouchTunes, Barry was CFO of Oberon Media.com, a casual games solutions company, and DSR Holdings, a restaurant holdings company. Barry was one of the founding members at Bluefly.com (NASDAQ BFLY), where he spent 10 years growing the business to $95 million in revenues. Barry also served as CFO and COO of Audible Inc. and CFO of Warner Music Enterprises. His extensive background in finance included work at Book-of-the-Month Club, Time Warner and Arthur Andersen LLP. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and received his M.B.A from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business with a concentration in finance.

Barry will be based at the TouchTunes Interactive Networks headquarters in New York City. The position of CFO is being relocated to New York from the company’s offices in Montreal.
