Republic National Distributing Company announced today that it has broken ground on the construction of a new 206,000 square foot distribution facility in Columbia, South Carolina.  “This new state of the art distribution center will better serve our retail customers in the State of South Carolina for years to come. Republic is making a significant investment in the building and in a brand new material handling system at a total cost of nearly $12 million,” said Peter Fawcett, CEO of RNDC—South Carolina.
