Promoter contracts and agreements/proposals

Just wondering if anyone had any agreement, contract, or proposal samples that they (venues) use with promoters or visa versa that they wouldn't mind sharing. I'm just trying to get a better understanding of what actually goes on behind the scenes, what kind of proposals are made, what is considered reasonable, etc. Any helpful info dealing with promotions, starting a promotion, appealing to a manager or venue owner, etc would be helpful. Also, has anyone planned any bar crawls?
