(Company) is one of Toronto’s premiere nightlife entertainment companies for the thriving youth market between the ages of 19 and 25. Our primary target audiences are university/college students and young working professionals who enjoy the nightclub scene and see it as their main source of social entertainment.

(Company) was first established in February 2007. Since then, we have grown to successfully host numerous special events and nightclub parties at some of Toronto’s hottest venues. It is operated by a team of dedicated individuals who strive to deliver a unique and exciting nightclub experience. We believe in the safety of our patrons and pride ourselves on delivering quality service to ensure that every night will be a success.

OUR GUARANTEE

It is difficult to guarantee exact figures but (Company) ensures that each Saturday night at (Club) will be marketed effectively. We can guarantee to bring in over 80-100 people to start but as time progresses these numbers will rise. With the proper team in place and great communication between our company and (club), Saturday nights will surely be a success. Our innovative weekly themes will create a new atmosphere attracting new customers and maintaining the loyalty of our current ones. We firmly believe that it is our dedication and creativity that sets us apart in this competitive industry. (Company) has the tools to take your club to the next level and make it Toronto’s #1 hot spot.

COVER CHARGE

Before 12am

 Everyone on (Company)’s Guest List is in Free

After 12am

 Girls: $5.00 – Guys: $10.00

FINANCIAL DISTRIBUTIONS

 Flat Fee: $**

 No Cover charge till 12am on our Guest list. Club gets 100% from the door after 12am.

(Flat fee and 100% door policy is subject to change during special events. We would waive the flat fee completely and take 100% of the door.)

 Bottle Service: 15% based on a 2 bottle minimum

 Bar Cut: 5% if bars make over $x(would have to discuss amount as to an average night)

 (Company) Receives: 1 Bottle & 30 Drink Tickets
