Nightclub & Bar Promotion Ways to get paid & Pay out

These are some of the ways you as a promoter can be paid while working for a nightclub or bar.
Getting Paid
1-You get to keep the door money or a % of the door money
2-You get a % of bar sales or a flat fee based on hitting numbers such as you get a bonus if the bar rings more that $10,000
3-You get paid a fee on a weekly rate
4-You get a salary on a monthly rate
5-You get all or some of your production costs paid on a weekly or nightly basis
Paying out
1-You pay the Talent, DJ,s Band, Dancers etc etc
2-You pay for promotion items Flyers, coupons, banners, radio etc etc
3-You pay Co-Promotors, Street Teams, Hustlers
4-Your cover your time and expenses
You need to negotiate with the Club or Bar owner a deal based on these parameters.
