Are these concerts local bands, nationally recognized, or a mix of the two? How are you selling the physical tickets? Cover charge, actual ticket through your box office, Ticketmaster, TicketWeb, etc? Ae the bands marketing/selling themselves? Do you and them use Youtube? Have you tried text marketing in addition to emails? Have you tried to get a co-sponsorship? How large is the venue? Have you tried to tie in with a radio station for your genre of music? What types of music/concerts? Are there still any music or record stores near you? Have you done flyers or worked nearby very large venues promoting your place? Do you Twitter? You need to build a community that follows you and any upcoming concerts? Do you offer Podcasts? What are you doing for the regulars? Any incentive purchase programs or membership/club for early access, discounts or even front rows sectioned off? Do your customers market and work for you where they are rewarded for throwing a party and/or bringing in x people? Do you have a local independent paper that features bars, clubs, and entertainment or a local music or bar magazine? I could go on, but will wait for some answers to those questions.
