Although Labor Day is right around the corner, you still have time to celebrate the end of summer at your bar or nightclub. While you’re planning those final summertime promotions from barbecues to outdoor events, make sure you're also serving some refreshing drinks to serve alongside that end-of-summer fare. Of course, these drinks can be imbibed all year long, but they're a perfect treat for any Labor Day promotion. By adding a few of these quaffable and refreshing drinks to your menu, you'll notice that your patrons will be craving these drinks far into fall.

2 oz. Glenrothes Select Reserve Single Malt Whisky
1 oz. Combier orange liqueur
¾ oz. vanilla syrup (Torani or Monin)
¾ oz. orange juice
Shake and strain neat into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a light dusting of powdered cinnamon.
Rockin Cucumber Martini
On the menu at Koi Restaurants in Los Angeles, New York, Las Vegas and Bangkok, Thailand.
2 oz. Rock Sake
1 oz. vodka
Splash of lime juice
Splash of simple syrup
Start with ice in the shaker, then add ingredients. Shake hard and strain with strainer in a Martini glass. Garnish with a cucumber wheel.

1½ oz. Bacardi Grand Melón
2 lime wheels
2 oz. seedless watermelon
4 mint leaves
¼ oz. watermelon pucker
Splash of Sprite or Sierra Mist
In a glass add limes, mint and watermelon, in that order. Muddle until limes, watermelon and mint break up. Add ice to the rim of the glass. Add rum and watermelon pucker. Shake hard to mix all ingredients. Pour back into glass and top with Sprite/Sierra Mist.

1½ oz. X-Rated Fusion Liqueur
2 oz. watermelon juice
4 basil leaves
½ oz. Meyer lemon juice
Prosecco, dry sparkling wine or soda
Muddle fresh basil, lemon and watermelon. Add ice and X-Rated Fusion Liqueur then shake. Pour into a glass over fresh ice and top with Prosecco, dry sparkling wine or soda. Garnish with a slice of watermelon.

3 oz. Espolón Tequila Blanco
½ oz. fresh lime juice
Fresca or sparkling grapefruit juice
Rim highball glass with salt. Shake Espolón Tequila Blanco and lime juice over ice, and pour into glass. Fill remainder of glass with Fresca or sparkling grapefruit juice. Garnish with grapefruit peel or wedge.

2 oz. VeeV Açaí Spirit
1 oz. sugar-free Liquid Lightning
1-2 sprigs of mint
6 cucumber slices (thin)
1 oz. fresh lime juice
¾ oz. simple syrup
Gently muddle simple syrup, cucumber slices and mint in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, VeeV and lime juice. Shake well. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and top with Liquid Lightning. Garnish with a cucumber slice and sprig of mint.
Midori Pina Punch

1 part Midori melon liqueur
1 part Cabo Wabo Silver Tequila
1 part mango juice
3 parts pineapple juice
Splash of Sprite
Pour all ingredients into a punch bowl over ice. Stir well and garnish with a pineapple and mango slices.

2 oz. pineapple juice
¾ oz. fresh lime
1 oz. demerara syrup
Handful mint leaves
Smack the mint and add to mixing glass with other ingredients except for soda. Shake well with ice. Add half the club soda over ice into pilsner glass then strain out shaker. Top with extra soda and stir briefly.
Garnish with several mint sprigs inside of glass.
