Add a twist to your cocktails by making flavored ice!

Serves 2

Ice Spheres
4 ounces Monin Mojito Mix
1½ cups cold water
6 large mint leaves
Combine Monin Mojito Mix and cold water in a bowl; whisk together and pour equal amounts into dual ice-sphere mold. Place three mint leaves in each mold and freeze overnight. Makes two ice spheres.

Martinis
2 10-ounce rocks glasses
2 ice spheres
4 ounces premium bourbon
1 ounce Monin Mojito Mix
Place one ice sphere into each rocks glass. Add remaining ingredients to ice-filled shaker and shake vigorously. Strain equal amounts into each glass. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with mint sprigs.
