You’ve heard of craft beer and craft spirits. It’s likely that you have at least a few of each on your menu. But have you heard of craft pretzels? Prop & Peller Pretzels are crafted using the highest quality dough made from the finest ingredients, and an authentic Bavarian recipe imported from Ossi Piller, Germany’s most desired artisan pretzel baker. After the proprietary ingredients have been combined, a meticulous 4-hour baking process results in baked works of art. Prop & Peller Pretzel products include soft pretzels available in Classic (3 oz.), King (5 oz.), Jumbo (10 oz.) and Mega (14 oz.) sizes, gourmet hoagies, and Bavarian mustard dip. Visit their site for more information, pairings and recipes.
Bell Plantation has reimagined peanut butter. PB2, available in standard and chocolate flavors, is powdered peanut butter. The powder can either be mixed with any liquid to create a spread, added to recipes to impart a nutty (or nutty and chocolate) flavor, or eaten straight from container. Why, however, does anyone need powdered peanut butter? Beyond the possibilities for creating spreads or enhancing food and beverage recipes, Bell Plantation’s PB2 is healthier than its traditional counterpart. Made by pressing roasted peanuts, 85% of the fat and calories are removed but PB2 has twice the healthy proteins per gram than peanut butter.
Looking for a new way to present shots to your guests? Then give the Quaffer, a double bubble shot glass with a built-in chaser, a look. The bottom “bubble” measures 2.25 ounces and the top comes in at 1.25 ounces. The clever bubble design and science make sure that any spirit sits on top of any chaser. The Quaffer offers endless spirit and chaser combinations and the smoothest possible shot while ensuring that the last thing tasted is the chaser. Take a look here.
“It all started,” says the Copper Mug Co. website, “with a mule.” The Moscow Mule was invented in 1941 and the Copper Mug Co. perfected the copper mug in 2014. Now the company offers not only the traditional copper Moscow Mule mug but copper steins, wine cups, stemless Champagne flutes, martini cups, their take on the Julep, tumblers, clever shot mugs, and even a copper pineapple. Not content to stop there, Copper Mug Co. also manufactures a complete line of copper barware, from shakers and bar spoons to jiggers and pitchers, and everything in between.
If you serve draft beer you know that clean beer lines are essential. A fundamental task for all draft beer sellers is beer line cleaning, which can be more of a chore than anything else due to the manual, time-consuming and wasteful process. A typical 16-line bar can require 2 hours of manual labor and waste 75 pints of beer. Cleaning beer lines is often put off because of those numbers and that can lead to poor product, inconsistent pours and quality, and even health and safety problems. Glanola North America’s (GNA) patented automated line cleaning system, the Linemaster, gives owners and operators a nonintrusive, efficient way to tackle this task. Linemaster lowers monthly costs, reduces waste, and improves the taste of beer significantly. GNA is a member of the Craft Brewers Association, proving their commitment to helping bars, nightclubs, lounges, tasting rooms, restaurants and other draft beer sellers keep their lines clean.

You can choose from the brilliantly packaged Clyde, Cecile and Cooper. Herb & Lou’s imagined The Clyde for vodka (peach with Benedictine-inspired herbs and artisanal bitters), The Cecile for tequila (cucumber and watermelon with clover honey and thyme), and The Cooper for bourbon (blood orange-ginger Old Fashioned).
