Moët Ice Impérial
Moët & Chandon introduces Moët Ice Impérial, a Champagne designed to be served over ice and enjoyed in warm weather. The Champagne is made with Pinot grapes and a rosé-wine based liquor to give it a berry flavor, as well as Chardonnay grapes to provide a crisp finish. The Moët Ice Impérial bottle is dressed in white with a silver overlay and features the Moët & Chandon trademark black tie and gold detailing around the neck of the bottle. www.moet.com.
Bonterra Riesling features aromas of white flowers, apples, pears, peach and honey and is balanced with minerality and classic Riesling spice, with a refreshing finish. This California wine is made from organic grapes, a fact that is highlighted in its new label. Bonterra also introduced new packaging, featuring a hand-scripted word mark and a wildlife cover design that reflects each different varietal.
2008 Korbel Brut Champagne
Korbel introduces a new package for its sustainable 2008 Korbel Brut Champagne. The Champagne is made with organically grown grapes, and its lemon, peach and apple aromas and flavors accent its subtle yeast complexity, which complements its light, crisp finish. Korbel Champagne Cellars received an organic processor certification from the California Certified Organic Farmers; the grapes are grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers. The new package includes a vintage date, new neckband and a grape tendril design on the label. www.korbel.com.
