The Creative Cocktails and the Power of Brainstorming seminar gives bartenders insights on how to be creative with fruits, spirits, purees and molecular science with moderator Kathy Casey and panelist Cameo McRoberts. Or learn how to build a crowd and get them coming back for more at the Liquid Disc Jockey – Controlling the Flow of Any Room session with Tobin Ellis, John Hogan and Philip Duff. The United States Bartenders’ Guild Milagro Tequila Competition on July 23 will feature 15 USBG members from around the country competing against each other to mix the best original and signature Margarita. Also on July 23, Grand Marnier presents the Bar Room Brawl competition that will pit bartenders from six of America’s best cocktail bars against each other to see who reigns as the top performing bar team and America’s best cocktail bar.
