Attendee Dress Code
Dress for exhibit hall and educational sessions is professional/casual business attire. Attendees should avoid wearing any clothing that may be interpreted as promiscious, provocative or overly suggestive. For purpose of example, overly suggestive halter tops, bikini tops or other revealing clothing will be deemed inappropriate. Show management reserves the right to deem any attire inappropriate and therefore not allow admission to any events affiliated with the show.
Code of Conduct
Show management may revoke without refund the privilege of any exhibitor or attendee to attend the show or affiliated events in the event such exhibitor or attendee participates in any promiscuous, sexually provocative or other inappropriate behavior as determined in the sole judgment of show management.
Responsible Beverage Consumption Policy
The registrant agrees that all parties receiving badges will practice responsible consumption of alchoholic beverages. Anyone who over consumes or appears to over consume alcohol will be ejected from all show activities without refund of fees. Issuance of a badge signifies acceptance of Responsible Beverage Consumption Policy.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Convention cancellation with refunds will be accepted, less a 25% processing fee if received in writing prior to September 15, 2008. No refunds under any circumstance will be given after this date. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to send a replacement. Please submit a request via email to registration@oxpub.com requesting a name change for your processed registration.
Important Information
- All badges will be mailed to those who register by September 15, 2008.
- Registration received after this date will pick up their badges on site.
- No refunds under any circumstance after September 15, 2008.
- No checks accepted after September 15, 2008.
- Must be 21 years of age to register and attend.
- Lost badges will be replaced at published onsite registration rates.
- Exhibit hall is open Tuesday & Wednesday, October 14-15, 2008.
- Pre-conference Workshops and Educational Seminars are held October 14-15, 2008.
- No cameras or media devices allowed without written permission from show management.
- Translator services available/Trump Taj Mahal and OP adhere to ADA requirements.
- All seminars and show events are available on a first come, first serve basis.
- Pre-conference Workshops and Educational Seminars are subject to change.
- If Pre-Conference Workshops' minimum participation is not met, refunds will be made.
- You are required to present a show badge for admittance to all show events.
Proof of age may also be required. |
