Pop Some Bubbly! It's National Champagne Day!

Pop open the bubbly because today is National Champagne Day. This holiday could not have fallen on a more perfect day because it is also New Year’s Eve! This sparkling white wine has been the celebratory beverage of choice for quite some time and what better reason for a celebration than a fresh start?

Take some time to concoct some celebratory champagne cocktails in honor of a brand new year and National Champagne Day!

Wild Turkey Champagne Cocktail

1 oz. Wild Turkey Bourbon 101
½ oz. peach liqueur
3 dashes bitters
Champagne

Mix bourbon, peach liqueur and bitters in Champagne goblet and top off with Champagne

The Frosted Fizz
Created by SKYY Vodka

1 ½ oz. SKYY Infusions Moscato Grape
5 oz. Champagne
3 Green Grapes
White Rimming Sugar

Pour vodka into a white sugar rimmed flute and top with chilled sparkling wine. Garnish with green grapes.

The Dutchess
Created by Hungarian mixologist Gabor Onufer

1½ oz. Genever
1 oz. lemon juice
½ oz. simple syrup
1 bar spoon Grand Marnier
Champagne
Orange twist, for garnish

Shake everything except the Champagne, fine strain into a chilled flute glass and now top it up, then garnish with an orange twist.
