Japanese Green Tea IPA
Stone Brewing Co., along with Ishii Brewing Co. and Baird Brewing Company collaborated to release Baird/Ishii/Stone Japanese Green Tea IPA to benefit Japanese tsunami relief. The IPA enhances the Japanese Sencha Green Tea flavor by using New Zealand Pacifica, Crystal, Warrior and Aramis hops for a spicy, herbal hop character; Sorachi Ace, a variety of hops developed in Japan, add spicy and citrus notes. All proceeds from the IPA will be donated to the Japanese Red Cross Society.
