September 11: Champs Sports Bar

Morphing Champs Sports Bar into a contemporary, energetic and well-run operation required imagination, expertise and some help from a number of innovative bar products. Both front-of-house and back-of-house improvements were on tap to transform this outdated, poorly managed and maintained pub into an attractive and profitable hot spot. Jon Taffer and the Bar Rescue team called on several vendors to get Champs off the DL and back in the game.
