Sisters of the Sea
1½ oz. Captain Morgan White Rum
Shake vigorously. Top with soda.
Clap of Thunder (Fishbowl for 2)
2 oz. Smirnoff Passionfruit
In fishbowl, add 4 bar spoons of mixed tropical fruit, then top with ice. Add Smirnoff Passionfruit, blue curacao and pear juice, and fill with lemon lime soda. Stir with bar spoon. Garnish with 2 more bar spoons of mixed tropical fruit. Float grenadine on top. Serve with 2 straws.
1¼ oz. Captain Morgan White Rum
Combine ingredients (except Myers) in mixing glass with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice. Top with Myers Dark Rum float. Garnish with orange and cherry.
¾ oz. Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Rum
Place sugar in cup with key lime halves. Muddle. Add Parrot Bay Rum and Captain Morgan White Rum. Shake and pour. Top with soda. Garnish with cane sugared lime wedge.
Bonny & Read’s Booty
1½ oz. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
In a mixing glass with ice, combine Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum, coconut cream, and orange juice. Shake and strain ingredients over ice, then slowly stir with bar spoon. Top with strawberry puree. Garnish with orange slice.
