Long Beach Margarita
2 oz Olmeca Altos Plata|
1 oz fresh lime juice
¾ oz agave syrup
Combine all above ingredients in a shaker, add ice, and shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass, half rimmed with sea salt and fill with fresh ice. Garnish with lime wheel.
Working Man's Michelada
Rim half of a large, chilled beer mug (32 oz) with sea salt. Fill half full with draft Mexican beer. Add ice to fill. Top with 4-5 dashes Tapatio hot sauce and 1 oz of fresh lime juice. Give a gentle, quick stir and garnish wish lime wheel.
1.5 oz Mezcal Illegal Reposado
top with ginger beer
In a rocks glass filled with ice, combine Mezcal and ginger beer. Garnish with lime.
Chinaco Añejo, sangrita, lime juice
Pour 1 oz the tequila
1 oz lime juice
1 ounce sangrita
mix into a three separate shot glasses and serve.
