Laugh Factory Recipes

Check out the official drink recipes from the Laugh Factory episode on Spike TV’s “Bar Rescue.”

1 oz. Ketel One Vodka
1/2 oz. Peach Liqueur
1/2 Simple Syrup (1-1)
Stir in Mixing Glass
Strain into Champagne Flute
Top with Sparkling Wine
Garnish with Lemon twist

 

1.5 oz. Ron Zacapa 23 Year
1/2 oz. Demerara Syrup (2-1)
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
1 Dash Orange Bitters
Stir over ice
Strain into double rocks glass
Garnish with orange and lemon twists (OR for simplicity just a lemon twist.)

 

1 oz. Ketel One Vodka
1/2 oz. Blackcurrant (Cassis) Liqueur
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
2 oz Ginger Beer (ginger ale?)
Build in mixing tin
Roll, then pour in Highball Glass over ice.
Garnish with Lemon Wheel

 

1 oz. Bulleit Bourbon BULLEIT BOURBON
1/2 oz. Coffee Liqueur
1/4 oz. Vanilla Syrup
1 Dash Orange Bitters
Stir over ice
Strain into Old Fashioned Glass

 

1.5 oz. JOHNNIE WALKER BLACK SCOTCH
3/4 - 1 oz. Honey Syrup (1-1)
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
Build all ingredients in Highball glass
Top with 1.5 oz. Apple Cider
Roll to integrate
Garnish with apple slice/cinnamon stick
