Chilleen's Recipes

Check out the official drink recipes from the Chilleen's episode on Spike TV’s “Bar Rescue.”

17 Sweet Tea
4 oz. double brewed black tea
1 oz. pomegranate juice
1 oz. lemon juice
2 oz. honey syrup
Pinch of cinnamon
Garnish with lemon wheel and cinnamon stick

 

Batched Quantity
1 tsp. of cinnamon
2 cups honey syrup
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup of pomegranate juice
4 cups black tea

 

Desert Julep
2 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. honey syrup
Sprig of mint
Combine all ingredients in a glass and stir. Add ice and stir to dilute. Top with more ice and garnish with mint.

 

Boiler Maker
Shot of rye whiskey and a pint of beer.

 

Smokey Gold Rush
2 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. honey syrup
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over ice, half rimmed w/ smoked salt.
Garnish w/ a lemon wheel.

 

Firewater Punch
2 oz. Black Cherry Moonshine
1 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. honey syrup
3 oz. black tea
Combine moonshine, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a glass and top with tea. Garnish w/ lemon wheel and cherry.

Midnight Moon was the brand that was used for the black cherry moonshine.
