Tony Abou-Ganim

Known as the Modern Mixologist, Tony Abou-Ganim provides cocktail, mixology and beverage program consulting to a range of clients; previously he oversaw cocktail programs at Harry Denton’s Starlight Room and Bellagio Resort. Abou-Ganim won the 2007 Iron Chef Competition with Mario Batali. His book, The Modern Mixologist: Contemporary Classic Cocktails, is due in February 2010.  He is a National Ambassador for the United States Bartenders Guild.
