Richard Verrecchia is owner of NEAT Beverage Concepts, a Lutz, Fla.-based consulting firm formed in June 2010. A 26-year veteran of the restaurant industry, he spent over 13 years in operations, working with organizations including T.G.I. Friday’s, where he was a general manager for sister company Dalt’s Classic American Grill; the Ground Round, where he was area supervisor and regional director; Houlihan’s Restaurants, where he was beverage director; and OSI Restaurant Partners, where he began as director of beverage for Outback Steakhouse and grew into the role of director of beverage for all OSI concepts: Outback, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Roy’s, Cheeseburger in Paradise and Lee Roy. In addition to NEAT Beverage Concepts, he also has a joint venture with Fintech, the leader in regulated invoice payments.
