Andy Thomas, President and CEO, Heineken USA
Heading up the nation’s largest beer import company, Andy Thomas began his career at Heineken back in 1995 as the marketing and research manager for the brand. From there he moved to the position of vice president of operations followed by a role as the vice president of strategic planning and distribution. Taking the title of President and CEO in 2005, Thomas has an in-depth knowledge of every facet of the company and a great deal of knowledge to share with attendees as a keynote speaker at “The Show.”

From Las Vegas to San Francisco to New York, Tony Abou-Ganim is fluent in all things cocktail. A master mixologist, he has created some of the drink menus for the country’s most high-profile clubs, hotels, bars and restaurants. Personally chosen by Steve Wynn to create the entire cocktail program and bartending philosophy for the Bellagio Las Vegas Resort, he has wowed patrons with cocktails and increased sales dramatically in the resort’s 22 bar settings. Returning to enlighten attendees on everything behind the bar, Abou-Ganim is a must attend keynote this year.
Dale DeGroff
A pioneer in fresh creation and world-renowned innovation in the cocktail category, Dale DeGroff rose to fame during his bartending days at New York’s Rainbow Room. The inventor of more than 400 cocktails to his credit, DeGroff now provides beverage consulting and bar training seminars to spirits manufacturers and leading on-premise accounts throughout the world. He is also the president and founder of The Museum of the American Cocktail, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing education in mixology and preserving the history of our nation’s cocktails.
