Promotions Analyzed In Depth at “The Show”

Don’t Miss the Promo Idea Exchange

“The nightlife business is very lone wolf,” says Jonathan Ressler, president of Big Fat Inc. and program leader for the always-popular Promo Idea Exchange, one of the sessions focusing on profiting from smart promotions at “The Show” in Las Vegas.

“There is not a lot of place to get information, and it’s kind of cut-throat. This is one place where the operators are willing to share,” Ressler says. “In this session I moderate, really a bunch of people who have been successful talk about promotions they have done that really worked in real bars,” he continues. “It is where the rubber meats the road. If you walk away with one new idea from it, you are a winner, and I think that most of the good ideas are going to come from the sessions.”
