Lovely Libations, Sensuous Sales

ImageValentine's Day Specialties Set the Mood

While cupid is busy preparing to shoot out his amorous arrows next month, beat him to the bar by preparing the punch that patrons will fall in love with, and shoot up the sales at your place this Valentine’s Day.
Guests not only are lonely for love (or lust, as it goes), they also are lonely for quality libations to set the mood. So why not create the connection? Hook up your guests and heat up the environment with a healthy dose of creativity, something new and different, and the revenue sure to result will be pure business bliss.
Try out the following recipes, market the menu, and make it fun. It’s not every holiday that allows for some exquisitely delicious, and profitable, debauchery.
