    Nuvo Technologies Inc. recently announced the release of BarVision Global, a PC-based software addition to its wireless, free-pour liquor management systems for the hospitality industry.
    “Automatic, real-time liquor usage information that can be safely accessed from anywhere in the world is tremendously valuable to our customers,” said Christopher Morrison, president of Nuvo Technologies and chief system architect of BarVision,
BarVision Global’s development was based on direct feedback from patrons, bartenders and hospitality managers.
    The software shows real-time pour activity and collects data automatically. BarVision Global also produces easy-to-read reports, with information on pour costs; number of pours from a given bottle, brand or price category; overpours and other exceptions; serving/purchasing trends, inventory.
