LUCKY LIBATIONS
Celebrate the Spirit (and Spirits) of the Shamrock for Guests Around St. Patrick's Day
December's mistletoe antics
may have been a delight, and Valentine’s Day sparks may have flown, but
few kisses compare in fun and frequency to those given on St. Patrick’s
Day. So, indulge them. The following recipes will be rewarding for all.
Make celebratory mischief in the way of the leprechaun and know that
the libations you offer patrons will produce more than good luck —
they’ll produce extra holiday profits.
Line up the Irish whiskey and the whipped cream; heat up the coffee;
break out the brandy; set up the shot glasses. It’s time to prepare for
the return of the St. Patrick’s Day revelry, and by utilizing specialty
cocktail creations, it’s a pleasure to promote them to patrons. Think
of the Emerald Isle and smile — it’s all about the green.
