The Fiesta Gets Bigger

Fiesta Latina Joins Expo Comida Latina for the Largest Hispanic Beverage and Food Event in North America.

The Nightclub & Bar Beverage and Food Fiesta Latina — which has been held in San Diego and Los Angeles in recent years — is back, bigger and better. For operators wanting to drive profits with Latin-themed concepts and promotions, it’s the premier show to attend.

This year, the show hits Houston in a co-location with Expo Comida Latina. Last April in San Antonio, Expo Comida Latina (ECL) debuted as the largest Hispanic food and beverage event in the state of Texas. For 2006, ECL Texas will be joined by Fiesta Latina to create a mega-event. The co-location will be a one-stop shopping experience for operators seeking the latest in Hispanic food and beverages. The combined exposition will be held at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, April 24-25.    This show combines the elements of a traditional Nightclub & Bar show and offers an in-depth study focused on the Latino/Hispanic market. It’s a marketplace of ideas and opportunities where professionals in all segments of the hospitality industry can learn and network as the nation responds to this rapidly expanding market.

Education, Products and Much More Image
The pairing of Fiesta Latina and Expo Comida Latina provides a complete lineup of more than 20 educational sessions targeted to boost profitability, along with an exhibit hall packed with new products and services from more than 300 suppliers. A host of nightly networking events will create more opportunities for buyers and sellers to meet. Rudy Beserra of Coca-Cola’s Office of Latin Affairs will deliver the show’s keynote address.
Seminar topics will include lighting tips, recognizing and capitalizing on trends in Latino markets across the United States, Latin concept promotions, nightclub security, risk prevention and management, music solutions, marketing, improving service, crossing over to reach consumers of different cultural backgrounds and much more.
The Culinary Demo in the exhibit hall will feature award-winning Chef Lala (Laura Diaz-Brown) and celebrated chef/authors Michael Flores, Sandra Gonzales and others.

Big Benefits
Fiesta Latina is the nation’s largest Hispanic nightclub and bar event and is produced by Oxford Publishing, which also produces the Nightclub & Bar/Beverage Retailer/Beverage & Food Convention and Trade Show annually in Las Vegas, which is the largest beverage and food event in the Western Hemisphere.
“Beverage is our core business, so teaming up with Expo Comida Latina, which is synonymous with food, brings an unparalleled merger of beverage and food that will offer attendees a show experience that is sure to enrich their profitability,” says Jennifer Robinson, chief operating officer of Oxford Publishing, producer of Fiesta Latina. Both Fiesta Latina and Expo Comida Latina have developed over the last four years to become the platform for the introduction of new Hispanic products to North America. For more information, please visit expo-comida-latina.com or nightclub.com today.
