Martini's On the Move The Libation's Innovation at an All-Time High

Whether it’s as classic as a Gibson or as
experimental as a Mango Mix, a well-crafted Martini by any name is
always the same: excellent, in terms of guest satisfaction. Old school
mixologists may balk at some of the latest cocktail concepts, but this
freshly established libation niche has undeniable earning potential for
operators, and the creativity that comes with the Martini’s territory
is keeping smiles on the faces of purveyors, proprietors and patrons
alike.
To demonstrate the evolving flexibility of today’s Martini mania, the
following recipes showcase a sampling of the seemingly endless and
profitable possibilities of this cool concoction.
THE PLATINUM MARTINI, DRY
2 Parts El Tesoro Platinum Tequila
1/2 part dry vermouth
Shake with ice and serve in a Martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
NEOPOLITAN MARTINI
Scale ingredients to servings.
1 ounce Stoli Vanil Vodka
1 ounce Stoli Ohranj Vodka
1/2 ounce Grand Marnier orange liqueur
1/2 ounce Parfait Amour orange liqueur
1 splash lime juice
Pour Stoli Vanil, Stoli Ohranj, Grand Marnier, Parfait Amour and lime
juice into a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled
cocktail glass, and garnish with orange peel. Recipe courtesy of

HPNOTIQ MARTINI
Scale ingredients to servings.
4 ounces Hpnotiq liqueur
2 ounces Malibu coconut rum
2 ounces pineapple juice
Combine all ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well.

ABSOLUT RASPBERRITINI
1 part Absolut Raspberri
Dash of dry vermouth
Stir with ice in a mixing glass and strain into a well-chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a raspberry.
VOX FORBIDDEN FRUIT
Combine equal parts of the following: Vox Green Apple Flavored Vodka, DeKuyper Pucker Sour Apple Schnapps and pomegranate juice.
