Hit the Road, Jack
With more than 200,000 visitors annually to Lynchburg, Tenn., the
Jack Daniel Distillery long has been one of the more popular tourist
attractions in the Southeast. But for those in California who haven’t
yet made the trip to the Cave Spring Hollow, the folks at the Jack
Daniel Distillery are taking the distillery to them.
California friends of Jack Daniel’s over the legal drinking age are
invited to visit the newest “Jack Daniel’s Experience” hitting the road
— a 45-foot bus filled with state-of-the art video monitors, a
top-notch sound system and other fun items designed to bring a little
of the world famous distillery to the people. The interactive area will
include a distillery tour and a Jack trivia game, as well as
information on responsible drinking.
“We’re all very excited that we’ll be able to bring a little bit of
Lynchburg and the Jack Daniel Distillery to California and give our
friends a quick and easy lesson of how we’ve made our award winning
Tennessee whiskey for more than 150 years,” said Ed Carias, Jack
Daniel’s California Business Manager. “California is one of our top
states, and we hope our friends will have a great time visiting the
Experience and maybe even come away with a little nugget of information
about Mr. Jack they didn’t know before. We think there will be
something here for every friend of Jack Daniel’s.”
