Busi Joins NCB Advisory Board
Oxford Publishing announces the addition
of Cindy Busi to the Advisory Board of Nightclub & Bar magazine.
As worldwide beverage director for Hard Rock International for four
years, Cindy Busi oversees worldwide drink development, beverage standards,
inventory/cost control systems, beverage sales, innovative drink promotions,
menus and beverage marketing initiatives for the global Hard Rock
brand.
Prior to joining Hard Rock, Busi was beverage manager for the Smokey
Bones BBQ chain, which is part of the Darden Restaurant Group, for four years.
During this time, she was responsible for assisting with bar designs, developing
a solid bar training program, beverage promotions, drink development, new
restaurant orders and liquor compliance.
Before entering the restaurant
industry, Busi was CEO for three years of two international tourist-based
companies specializing in bars, water sports and diving in Mexico and the
Caribbean.
